Maintenance Server is an additional service to our clients who use Dedicated Servers or Server Colocation package. We will maintain your servers every time, and you do not have to bothered with your servers.

There are two options

Option 1:

Standards handling and Security Administration
Fee: IDR. 200.000, - / months

If you choose this package, we will responsible for overseeing and applying security system (updates) are available and applying it to your server. Most problems that arise on the server caused by gaps in security and system used is not executed properly by the server administrator, primarily because of the lack of attention or lack of time to take care of it). We will do it for you, and you can do something else.

We are also responsible for managing a variety of standard problems on the server is not functioning properly. Could be it was caused by problems with the hardware, programs that runs, or other causes. Nonetheless, we still restrict our responsibilities in this job. You must provide the hardware itself (only for Colocation server, while we provide the hardware for the client who take Dedicated Server Package). For programming problems, we are only responsible for the re-activate the server, close the programs (applications) which are required. We are not responsible for the programming / application itself, so you must turn them over to the programmer or the developer of the application.

Option 2:

Full Server Maintenance
Fee: IDR. 500.000, - / month

Beside the first option above, we are also responsible for the entire server system administration jobs, such as: to add/configure user's email, to add/suggest specific applications, overseeing the state server, and other general things related. We do NOT get involved in web development and web programming / web programming that may be required by your web server
